More than one dog? Your first pup is billed at the full rate, and every additional dog gets 10% off!

How Billing Works

We keep things simple with a month-to-month manual debit order system (Netcash). Once you’re signed up, you’ll receive an electronic mandate to set up payments.

📌 Important to Note:

✔ Billing is upfront.
✔ Missed daycare days? No problem! We offer make-up days, but refunds aren’t available.
✔ While we do everything we can to ensure a safe and fun environment, the occasional dog scuffle may happen. Any vet costs related to an injury will be for the owner’s account.

Transport Services – We’ll Fetch Your Pup!

Need a ride? We offer convenient collection and drop-off services at:

🚐 Shared transport: 50% of the current AA rate per km
🚐 Dedicated transport: 100% of the current AA rate per km
